Most of your journals don't contain much content and are sometimes classified as spam in my opinion, I would recommend you use IRC to find pugs and mercs.

I guess you'll start caring if its about a subject you are not interested in, however not everyone likes CoD4 so I suggest you keep the spam regarding this game as low as possible. I'm not telling you to stop posting journals about the game, but at least consider if what you post is really worth a place on Crossfire, and if not use another medium, which might even be more efficient.
