Commands in et

I'm not sure some of the commands is there a website i could find out what the command does because theres like a 100 i want to know what they do :(

but it doesn't say what it does like for example cg_drawgun i know it draws gun but if i didn't know and wanted to know how can i find out what the commands does? :(
