Can I play CoD4 with this laptop with some decent fps?

2046MB RAM
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU T7200 @ 2.00 GHz (2 CPUs)
NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GS


Need to know anything els?

I would plug in a nice monitor with a better display refresh, the game will be more smooth.Atleast it gives me a big difference
