as you can see that stupid svchost.exe is running like 6 times, but i only need it once, i tried to end all but one, but i cant, cause if i end one of them, the pc shuts down.
I also want to get rid of the winscntfy.exe, spoolsv.exe, cause i dont think they are necessary for running windows.
I have already tried TuneUpUtillities, and did a scan for viruses.
any suggestions?

all those svchost.exe' are different windows services under the same name.. You could probably disable some of them through, control panel / admin tools / services look up a website for which ones are safe to disable.


btw don't use object dock it always spikes cpu usage, unless your pc can handle it anyway.
