cod4 single-player

Anyone tried single-player after playing MP? It's damn boring! I only played the first boat mission before going for multiplayer, and now I tried again in that TV station, looking for that guy with the name I can't recall ... And it's so damn boring. When it looks like you killed someone on a long distance, you're not completely sure if you indeed killed them because there is no "You killed ..." text, and everything is so predictable, and scripted, and slow. A really tedious experience after doing some furious rounds on the Internet.

and there's the "Stack up against the door" .. "We're going in". Trying to create an illusion of serious combat and ... it's not working for me. It was great in SWAT4, but not here.

I guess it kind of ruins it for me after playing MP, because then you're more interested in making as many frags as possible and generally being skillful; while SP is more about ... I don't know -- what is it about?

i dunno, it has some kind of a story in it but still u can just run the maps and then u have to wait for 5min the bots

That just makes it harder, and it's not that SP is too easy.

I get as much satisfaction from killing someone in this SP as I do dribbling a bunch five-year-old kids in football.

well if its harder it isnt boring imo because you need to concentrate, but ye mp is always better then sp :)
