If you are going to guidspoof you might have a 'new' guid which has been used and has red warnings

change mac address

control panel -> networking -> local area connection -> properties -> configure -> advanced -> "network address" -> needs to be a 12 digit hexdecimal value... eg... A123B123C123

wont necessary change ur guid. New HDD for your primary slot+system install is the guaranteed way of doing it (or find a program wich can change the HW-ID of your harddrives if its even possible)
