ventrilomix + 3

Quick way to get ventrilomix working with 3.0

Since nobody uses 2.2 since like.. forever... just replace the Ventrilo 2.2.0.exe in the ventrilomix folder with the new Ventrilo 3 executable, and then click Ventrilo 2.2 in the ventmix window to open 3.0!

heh, I only found out about 3.0 today, I like to sort these problems early rather than forgetting about them, so I share!
