shoot a portal in the floor next to you (visible in screenshot) (below the pipe with the boxes in)

shoot the other portal on the wall in the turet room and make the rocket turret fire through (like you did with the glass)

above you is a pipe with cubes in it, let the rocket shooter hit the pipe and a cube is coming out =)

you can kill the cube transporter thingy with a rocket or stack stairs from the previous rooms like an ape
