xp theme helpje

hi i wanted to download a nice theme for my computer but when i try to install UXTheme Multi-Patcher 5.5 http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/UXTheme-MultiPatcher-Download-2369.html, it comes up a window that says something that it has detected an windows nt setup file in c/windows and then i only can press "ok" and the window dissapears :(
what to do?

um...you click on it once, it should say it enabled it, if you click on it again it will disable it, so you should have a message with something like "blablabla is enabled" and then you can download the theme

how fast should it take for the "blabla is enabled" to come up? :O
nothing happens :(

maybe you downloaded a wrong one, try other sites, if it gives the same problem then write me the exact words

k after that msg showed up, this happened "Setup is not complete. If you quit the setup program now, the program will not be installed, you may run the setup program at a later time to complete the installation to continue installing, click resume. To quit the setup program, click exit setup"
what to do? i have pressed all buttoms but nothing happens :o

and btw, before step 2 copy the uxtheme.dll to WINDOWS\system32\dllcache

i dont have any "dllcache" in the folder :o
shouldnt i just copy it to system32?
