Zen problem

Hi guys

I've got a problem with my Zen Vision M. If I open the Zen Media Explorer after I connected him to the computer my pc doesn't recognize the player. It says 'plz connect your player to your computer' - while he IS connected through the usb cable. I reinstalled the drivers, I tried both front and rear USB ports but nothing seems to help. Any advice?

i got given a zen also mine did same so i just left it in a corner haha :d
