need proxy help.

I need a good proxy ip+port. Im at uni using Fedora 8.0 Live cd, but the fucking network is blocking the acess to msn etc. Can someone give me a ip and some help?

u dont need A proxy, u need THE proxy ip/port

thought u go over the proxy from the uni... or can he go over any proxy server in the inet :o
