Firefox 3 betas out.... and I must say... it seems quite a lot better than FF2 (I've been using Opera for a long time now).
They finally implemented imagesize-increase alongside textsize increase, which is useful for sites like THIS which were seemingly designed by someone wearing binoculars while for the rest of the world the text is unreadable
Also, mem usage is down, Javascript works better now (used to take a couple of minutes of loading before I could view the comments in a top 10 digg story, now its instant

windows with blackbox shell
(blackbox was originally a linux window manager, modernly called fluxbox, it's a port, but its better than explorer :P)
