big Et problem

Since more than a week i'm having problems with connecting to ET, whenever i connect, it says awaiting gamestate and it only connects to the server after +-5 min and when i finally join, after few mins i get kicked from pb due to "pb init failure"
i tried to shut down my firewall, tried areinstall, i waited for more than week and deleted my ET folder and made new one, and triedto update pb. But nothing worked
Does anyone know how to fix this problem, if yes plz help me!
