FM 08 PROB?

i download FIfa Manager 08, around 650MB, when i try to open the .cue file with Daemon tools-Alchohol it says FILE NOT ACCESSABLE . the file i downloaded is not in the form .iso. should i burn it on a cd? or should i make it in .iso and how?
