I was an admin on livesets.com when it had 700 something users and I was the one that introduced the shoutcasting by doing live dj-sets on the site.... now it has 100.000+ members ;) (not as a direct-result of me dj-ing on the air ofcoz rofl.. but you know what I mean)

not just me.. we had a group of very dedicated admins, especially in the years 2002 to 2004, where we went from 750 users to about 30.000 users in just a couple months.
