SopCast - help!

Does anyone use this software?

I'm trying to watch some NFL on channel 16101 but the buffering takes forever then the picture is very choppy. I'm on 20mb+ connection.

Any ideas / advice?

Sopcast is known for bad quality + streamer is most likely fucking it up

This seems a better stream but I'm not sure if it's the one I want yet ...

I'm looking for NFL - Indianapolis Colts @ Atlanta Falcons (Sky Sports 3 in the UK)
NFL Network in the US

I usually try to keep several programs open to find out best quality.
