O'RLY part 2

K, i fixed the problem... (my integrated sound card broken so i got a new sound card)
installed everything etc etc stuff lalala bla
well
but i hear astonishing sounds like when i shoot in ET or when i listening music
exactly: It's too loud and doing crazy sounds... (blasting and buzzing)
my old sound card did it also, but when i pulled out the headset's cables from the pc and after that just put back them that's worked fine... or whatever
now i try to do it, but still same...
Need help :< pls
