use the repairfunction of your recovery cd

Hey,
I got a f*cking problem with Explorer.exe since a windows crash, Explorer can't be executed via Control+Alt+Suppr. -_-
The display on the taskbar, start menu, right click and icons have disappeared on the desktop.
i've tried:
Anti-viruses scan (nothing detected)
Anti-spyware scan (nothing)
Restauration system (does'nt work) :-(
Taskbarrepair (can't execute wtf!)
I don't have a wondows xp CD-rom but a recovery CD-rom...
How to resolved that crap without C:\ Format?

Get a Mac.
just do a system recovery dating back from before the taskbar shizzle started ;)
