I got widescreen 16:10 but i can' t get displayrefresh 75 at it's native resolution(1680x1050) so are there custom resolutions i could add to be able to set 75hz?

Check your manual , if its not in it , its impossble
ohh, i have a 22 inch widescreen which has that native res. and i tried that res, and many other custom heights and widths, and i strongly recomend you just try r_mode 4 :) its without a doubt by far the best res for that monitor IMO, but this is a matter of what you feel most comfertable with, but i suggest you try it :)
i just left it at 60Hz, got used to it in an hour or two
