how do I make one?

I wanted to use fraps but got told that I can't compress the clips :<

someone can give me an instruction to make a clip?

like... the command to avidemo or w/e it's called, then vdub and/or how to record sound... I just want to make lollerclips without any great quality or synching...

but the filesize... it's 200 mb for a 20 sec clip

Never heard of compressing the file/making it a different file format?
