Use fov which you will feel comfortable with. With r_mode 4 and lower, high fov can also be pain in ze ass. :|

Imo higher fov = lower sens and vice versa.

played long time with 120 short and 90 long. Later I got more into my aiming-style and noticed fov 90 makes it really easier for me to play. It feels so much slower but I feel I can keep the control in most cases which I couldnt dueling with 120!
