Seeking for free instant hosting

Since FSPHost.com was the best free instant webspace hosting and they discontinued their service http://blog.fsphost.net/, Does someone knows a good and stable free file transfer protocol host with more than 100MBit storage for free? something easy to use like FSPHost with build instant webspace hosting, the only one i know is http://xthost.info/ but they offer only 30MBit, Thanks in advance.

In the past couple months the advertisements could not cover the server costs so they decided to make this step to close FSPHost.com. Another reason is the lack of time as this is more a freetime project not their main job

alternative: buy your own little webspace... in ger you can get one :<
max. 5euro/month
