its the effect u get by watching disgusting stuff. eventhough its just soo ugly, and you really wanna turn it off, its already that perverse that you gotta watch it! i know that effect too well :((
Not really... First time I watched it I closed it after 30 seconds (when they started frenchkissing each other with shit). Then they told me I should've watched it until the end, so I watched again but once again I turned it off before it ended (this time when this one chick puked in the other chicks mouth).
The beginning is endlessly slow, while after you take the first two villages you have so much money you could practicly buy any merc showing up in your 8 inns.
The learning curve was ... stupid. It took me about ten minutes to realize putting taxes on 40 was the only thing you needed.
SK:AA has to many different races, which slows the gameplay.
Building a mine on top of ore is enough to claim the thing and make sure nobody can use it. Afaik building a mine costs about 100 or so x'D
Honour is nice untill the other guys start attacking you, so you defend yourself only to see your well earned honour dissappear in on or two attacks vs the evil wrongdoers who attacked me in the first place.
I like the rpg element, but It would have been great if you would have had better control over the game. Units act like retards, healing is a bitch (i think you need to attack with general along side?), etc.
I liked the creeping vs the frythians.
Endgame is all about having zillion catapults raging your enemies before they can even get close.
Also, I wasnt able to find one decent strategy guide about the game :/ Couldnt even find the original manual. Only way to get to know the basic rules is the tutorial which i only did in the demo. I still dont have a fucking clue on how to use the seat of power, even less why I should put a general init. I has lots of scrolls but nothing happens, and I never been able to summon a dragon or other supreme beeing :'(
oh well, i see you werent so good at this game. I never build Inns, waste of money! Maybe 8 hours wasnt enough to learn, but if you dont like dont play anymore.
Gimme some tips plz :/ How could inns be bad? Only resource is peons, I always have endless amounts of money, which I use to get merc spy's and generals.
Soldiers ! Beat the enemy. I really cant explain what you have to do. I have to go to gym now. Maybe later i'll reply, if you are still interested in this game : D
unexpected...
SO FUNNY!
I guess it's just you =<
tbh
you made me waste 8 hours of my life
