Ghost Rider 5 -- Back To Basics

A friend of mine asked me to get GR5 for him as a christmas present, but so far I've been unable to find it in any store or even a single rip of the film.

The GR5 website says, that deliveries to customers who pre-ordered the movie are on their way. I think the message appeared about six months ago. Their online shop has been fucked equally long time.

Does anyone know if the movie has been released at all?
