ET Problem Help plz

Ok heres the deal, last night i went to play ET and i connect to a server, go to join a team, and ET crashes forcing an error reports message to be shown

The Message is "ET.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"

has anybody had the same problem and knows how to fix it ???
