Need help :<:<

My problem is that my pc is randomly crashing like 5 to 10 times per day, and even more on some random games(which means 10 times in 30 min), which is quite irritating. so i'd be glad if you help me to solve this problem( my dad formatted this pc, yes this is my own pc but i duno how to format,and it didnt work either, still crashing)

maybe your overheating a bit of dust removing can do wonders.
