not sure if there is one, but you turn it on /off from your gfx card control
still of school?
Parent
yeah <3 lol
Parent
i think you can only do it via gfx drivers (?)
yep, drivers is the right word here :)
Parent
i knew it!!!11! :)
Parent
seta r_textureAnisotropy "16"
He asked for AntiAliasing (=AA), and not for Anisotrophic Filtering (=AF).

And to enable AF you need this cvar: r_ext_texture_filter_anisotropic 1, you can set the filter level with the cvar you gave.
Parent
mm.. right... im allways confused with this 2 cvars... but np.. u gave the right one ;)
Parent
I didn't give the right one, i gave AF cvar and he asked for AA. But afaik AA in ET can only be enabled with GFX-card drivers.
Parent
oho somebody didnt make his moviecfgs on his own :DDD
shame on portugal
Parent

Parent

Can someone tell me that does antialiasing affect somehow in seeing enemies better on long distance? :/
Antialiasing removes the jagged edges of straight lines.
Parent
downsize is that it does cost fps if its to high
Parent
If I got it right the targets look bigger with antialiasing? :P
Parent
there isnt one
AA and AF can afaik only be forced in the drivers
nice, a sentance w/o mistakes!
Parent
??
anyway, where to find the outputfile after using /scandemo?
Parent
made my second!! Someone that dont share his own cfg because you think you have the best one :XD

r_ext_texture_filter_anisotropic 1 -> Dont seems to change soo much.. but you can set to 1 anyway
seta r_textureAnisotropy "16" -> AF
