A website that defines bands by naming their genre and other such information; thus immortalising this information and making it final.

People visit this site then think they become the TRU MASTAS OF METAL!!!111 because they can read that Pig Destroyer are Grindcore.

Internet guy 1: Dude Cannibal Corpse are pretty good.
Internet guy 2: lol no i dunt like gore metal.
Internet guy 1: CC is death metal.
Internet guy 2: ermm dont fink so metal-archives said it's death/gore metal so there not death metal idiot!

So what's the conclusion? It consists of metal release names, dates, lyrics, track names and lenghts so it's good enough for what the maker of this topic seeks for(in metal genre ofc). Also there is no certain border of where Thrash ends and Death starts, they are all flexible and subgenres evolve so there is no point in treating the subgenre naming as 100% accurate.

i agree that metal archives is the best site to get info on metal bands etc, the dude who wrote that was being sarcastic about ppl wanting to label everything they hear in metal as something

EDIT: btw you played for teamfraggers? :DD They were my old clans nr1 praccy opponent team, we played together all the time at praccies a long time ago when i was with lords of lol, but it must have been before you joined them, cause i dont remember you

Well this clan was pretty old already when I joined them :D But still I remained in it almost to it's end, tried to revive it myself a lot of times but not many ppl wanted it so I quitted and some time after this it went down. You probably know people from the old 3on3 lineup like Fragger, Pafke, Spacey, Mothman etc.

Yeah he was the only one whose skill i could call high. Imo he could have made it to Team NL if he just wanted, he had special talent but was acting like an arsehole sometimes and that was one of my reasons to leave actually
