Need New Graphics Card..

Hoi - i think its time to get a new graphics card

(i blame meez btw)

I has a 8400GS - but i want something that can do me for like 3 years np.

I have considered :

8600 (fatality)

I ordered that card and it didnt say 2.0 (i would have been scared cauz of that) but PCI-e x16 and thats what i got ;o)

pci-e 1 is like x32 AGP(doesnt exist)

pci-e2 is like pci-e 1 x2

pci-e2 is backwards compatible with pci-e 1

There will be zero good games on DirectX 10.

None.

Infact to this date no engine has competed with the Quake 3 engine, IW are the only people that somewhat realise this.

espacialy not with the current dx10 cards, they can't even handle the current dx10 games @ high settings with 60+ FPS
