i have
-one low price USB headset
-one Sennheiser pc 161 with these 2 usual 3.5 mm connection
i only wanna use the mic of the low price one! how to?
it would be quiet easy if bóth of them had this 3.5mm connection. but how to do that with one usb and one 3.5mm connection?

but the headset good enuff for me :p
Should be able to set which "soundcard" to record from (mic etc), the USB headset should be it's own soundcard.
i've got the same... using a mic from a usb headset and the earphone of an other 1 with a normal cable
