k so how do i change my USB rate on windows xp 64 bit?

uuh ive tried usbmrs11, usbrate by raziel 0.5 and sweetlows HIDUSBF

someone hook me up with an usb rate changer that works on x64

if you got a usb headset: Don't it fucks withyour sounds :< and if you have plans to go to many lans; don't cause you may not be allowed to do it there and you will feel fucked
