which one do you recommend?
and why is it so good? I have Sygate Personal Firewall Pro..
I think I get some lags because of it sometimes..

dunno, i normally download the latest personal version from their homepage. for me theres no point in using a cracked pro version since it has no features i use (and the personal version doesnt have)

current installed: 5.5; but im not sure if they are still developing it
