And change the cooler to something else, Freezer 7 Pro is said to be noisy when ran on high fan speeds, and it doesn't cool that well with low rpms. Coolink Silentator has gotten pretty good reviews everywhere, despite it's wacky name. Costs about 40 euros.
I'd also change the 8800GT to something cheaper. There are 8800 GTs for sale for under 200 euros, and the cards are virtually identical. 'For sale' doesn't mean they will available before christmas, though: looks like Nvidia will miss the christmas markets with their production delays.
