Best quality out of demos?

What do you think, what is the best method to take .avi from ur demos? best qulity or other advantages?

As if you could tell the difference between well encoded material to the uncompressed material. Same with MP3's, when encoded correctly, on good bitrate, in ABX test you won't be able to tell the difference.

if the quality is anywhere near uncompressed, and has a low mb/min ratio, then its encoded well :)

Usually you can't tell the difference, uncompressed 70GB vs. compressed well 1.2GB - with little visual impairement.

thx :) had alot of work here . Anyway my image dont comes onl from config. There is also a shader work (ex: change foliage shader, sky, fog etc)
