CoD2 1.5patch

i get this error:

when i install the CoD2 1.5 patch.

following with another popup that says i dont have a valid cd key but i have a valid one...
i didnt install cod2 from the cd because its broken.
offcourse i allready reinstalled the game but that didnt help.
how can i install this patch?????!!! :<

You have to install CoD before you install the patch

The error is saying you dont.

have you formated your pc and are you reusing your old instalation of COD ?

i did format my pc and i think i had installed COD2 on my old image but i never installed 1.5

Make sure its installed at the C:/ Drive

it is, and i also have a D:/ drive but its installed on C:/
the 1.3 patch was installed succesfull.. 1.4 and 1.5 dont work :S
