I had faith in ubuntu when I first put it on, but I have this wierd cpu spike lag twice a minute or so (whilst playing quake), having top open didnt really seem to help me find out what it is... :\

gnome and kde are way too overloaded, so i like it more the easy way. :-)

xfce and fluxbox are doing there job's very well, so i'm stick with that. :-)
