From my experience, 0.01501 is better if you aim with your arm (very lowsens), and 0.022 is better if you aim with your wrist (highsens), since it's easier to make purely horizontal movements with the wrist (at least for me).
But some people say the opposite (i.e. that low pitch is better for highsens) :<
personal preference, I used all values but now I'm stuck on mid/high sens with 0.022 m_pitch. Headshots is just as frequent as with the low m_pitch, but now I pop 'm a ms faster imo. (it's all about who pops who the fastest in a fight, heh?)
Some mouse software allows you to lower the vertical/horizontal pitch in their settings, so you could even go lower then allowed in the game, but that is prolly not what you want. You want to minimize the need for mousemovement without losing the control imo. A little strafe aiming is a good thing to master as well maybe?
