Motherboard: MSI K9N6SGM-V sAM2
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 AM2 4400+ Dual Core, 2200MHz, Socket AM2

OR?

2nd:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-VM900M s775
CPU: Intel P4 DualCore (E2180) 2.00GHz s775


Which one is the better?
I would buy the 1st, but don't know yet.
Could you help me? :)

Pentium dual-core only has 1mb L2 cache
