On this PRE-CHRISTMAS Day, I would like to ask you if you are doing muscle exercises to keep your body fit?

I have been doing it for almost 2 Years now and it is a great advantage in your dialy life. So I can suggest everyone to do that ;>

Although I am not allowed to do those exercises in Studios, I am doing them at home !

And yes...i do exercises 2-3 times a week at gym(depends on how much time i have)
nah, im to lazy to do sport.
i did it for a while every evening, but well as long as my body looks fit w/o doiing anything, im happy
yes, almost 2years now.. not much in army though, no time there...
Just bought some FAST's protein and some other stuff.. will start working at gym next week

i play footy sat and sunday train for 2 hours on wed and every night do some weights + sit ups
Theres nothing wrong in bodybuilding.

It takes guts to train hard (without stereoids), wich you propably don't understand.
Hockey 5 days a week
i was today.. and i will go on wednesday again.
lol volleyball hard sport... seriously... play handball will hurt yu
