Avi ----> Mp4

Anyone got a free converter that will allow me to convert the entire movie(Avi/other movie formats into mp4 for an ipod)?! ive tried half a dozen, and they all require a license to work properly!

Hoi nocti! i have no idea how 2 use megui btw, if its the converter which comes with it, then its not that good anyway? (U get a watermark over the output! :[)
