Win xp 64 bits?

Hi bitchs. I need to format my pc and i though about install Columbia windows xp 64bits editions. What you think about? Im using mf_init / mousefix.reg and acellfix.exe to tweak my mouse. Dunno if they works on xp 64 bits (i think accellfix.exe isnt working).



Is someone using xp 64 bits? thx in advance *

You will have an endless amount of problems with that kind of software, in fact you won't be able to install/run some standard drivers.

i think also games wont work with 64bit...it will be more fast that's sure but with no applications it's pretty usuless :P

I only play Et :P i just want 64 bits to run faster some applications (encodings etc )

i have never used 64bit .. but what i have readed and seen .. everyone with 64bit got shitloads of problems :D

with x64 you will get more problems, than with linux :)

bits 0 -> uses windows bit depth
bits 16/32 -> override windows settings

xp x64 is more suited for commercial installls, i.e. in an office, running 64-bit office applications.
Its not a great idea for a homeuser to have, unless he has a purpose.

well im having no problems yet with 64bit...(ET,CoD,WoW,Mouse HZ, mousefixes) i pretty much need it because of my 4gb ram :<

and mfinit hmm i dont use that anymore cause it bugs my mouse in windows when msn relogs

OH YEAH my 10yr old logitech webcam doesnt work anymore lulz
