What's better?

Q3 or CPMA, I've played Q3 at publics for a few hours now, and so far it's rly cool (I'm actually at nr1 all time ^^).
Haven't rly played CPMA yet, since that's almoast only DUEL, and I'm still too bad for that I guess.

What's the difference between Q3 and CPMA, and what's the most played (cups etc)?
