Music and Movie Buys

I went on a bit of a spendy spree yesterday which included the purchasing of six DVD's and two CD's.

CDs

Marco V - 200V

The Marco V CD comes with a bonus DVD which has one of his best sets ever as a mp3, Sensation White 2005. Has music videos of some of the tracks included on the normal CD. The biggest draw is the 200V' THE JOURNEY. It's eight separate videos following him round different events, some longer than others.

Defiantly the best eight quid I've spent in a long time. Dance fans should check it out!

I fell asleep after 20 minutes of The Good Shepard, literally not figuratively. A Good Year looked like a poncey, girly film, so I didn't bother.

The 40 Year-Old Virgin and Curse of the Golden Flower were the only ones I've seen before. I bought A good year purely because its a Russel Crowe movie, so hopefully it won't be bad; directed by Ridley Scott as well. Not sure about The Good Shepard, hope our tastes just differ! ^^

Hotel Rwanda is.. you can't call it cool, since what happened certainly weren't cool.
But the movie is very good, one of the better I've seen.
We saw it at school.

is it the one where the hotel is used as a safe place in some african country when theres war outside? uk is there to help them (for a while) etc?

Yeah, there's a war in rwanda, and only 1 newsreporter are there.. None of the countries outside care about it. (read: Europe)

Can't say much without spoiling! :P
