cant sleep:<

i just managed day 6 on my lucid dreams tutorial, getting lucid dreams etc...

but today i cant sleep, something makes me think i will get Outer Body Experiences
if i close my eyes i got these freaky lightnings in the darkness, coming from nowhere, and my body didnt really sleep ololol, seeing the black infront of my eyes in 3d, circling around, fuckin shit, every time

i just want to get in my dream, which consists of an island with palms and fruits, a nice lightbrown house, 6 rooms, a nice girl on the entrance telling me "Your Dreaming", a nice glas roof, blue water all around...


im scared , got no experiences with OBE's : (((



maybe my journal is just a dream.......0lorN...

I get lucid dreams pretty often, had one just last night. The more i see them, the easier it is to control what's happening in them :)

I don't have any. They just happen without trying for me, it's not every day and not even every week experience, but 2-3 times a month is pretty often i think. Last night when i had them, i didnt sleep well before(only 5 hours or so) so i went to bed to take a "nap" and slept only about 4 hours, that's when it happened.

Tonight I dreamed I was resting in my bed. Suddenly I heard heavy footsteps. Another person had entered the room... Then I felt a hand strangulating my throat - somebody had come to kill me. I couldn't breath, but I had a knife under my pillow: First I cut his arteria axillaris and when he released me, I jumped forward and stabbed the knife right in his head :DD
