help with winrar?

ok just downloaded football factory and when i open it there is about 15 winrar files each around 14,000kb. I have had this before but i dont know how to compress them all or whatever so I can watch the film :<.

edit: done, thanks, didnt realise it was as easy as that :o

I'm not a expert but try marking them all and then extract it
or just do a solo extract each time :D
