IF YOU WANT A NICK WITH SPACE IN IT YOU MUST DO "nick WITH SPACES"
Parent
But I can't understand what you need.

If the bind is in your config you can do unlimited number of space, if you are ingame and you drop down your console type: /name lol i rock only lol will be your name

If you do it in the Limbo Menu (you wont get kicked for many name changes) you may do spaces; if you do it in Game Settings (you will get kicked for too many name changes) you may do space too.
Parent
I know .. but it is kind of annoying if I always have to change the name ..
Parent
Imo you may do as these guys are telling you...
using vstr's.
Parent
but it doesn't work :/
Parent
do as i did in my journal
Parent
if u use in console /name "lol my nick with spaces" ( with the quotation marks) you wouldnt get kicked for to many namechanges if i remember years ago :x

bind , "vstr nextname" // cycles through names (you will see it)
bind . "vstr sayname" // sets name (hit this when you see the one you want
Parent
this sir wont work.
Parent
?? u must be right since i use it like years
Parent
you can do it easier without writing the same name twice for echo and /name
Parent
in this way you just need 2 keys or even 1 to get different names so it's UBERPRO ETC
Parent
come irc bitch!
Parent
i dont think u can type a nick once for echo and name.if ya can proof me :o
Parent
i have this done. but dont have my config here
Parent
you cant use spaces in the nick you have to put the mnick itself in ""

like set name0 "set name "^7Sam^6.""
Parent
? i dont get what u mean , u can use spacebars so much u want so long the command begins and ends with "
Parent
how then?
because it doesn't work here ...
Parent
do u mean two spacebars after eachother?
Parent
