do netcoders pay taxes?

I mean, they are obviously making a lot of money from selling cheats(at least they claim that) so are they paying taxes on their profit? Do they have a registered company? I believe the country where they are situated would be interested in their profitting.

I'm guessing they don't pay taxes, seeing they're just advertising the cheats on there which other coders are making. All payments are then going through the individual's paypal, no?

Would that even make a difference then?

Electronically delivered goods should be treated like any other sale to a foreign customer.

seeing as they sell cheats as a group it might be treated as a company and the method of payment doesn't matter, this is of course mostly dependant of the country where they reside
