DVD-Drive Problem

I've got one small problem with my DVD-drive which is following:

I can't explore content of the dvd, it won't open up. If there's only music, i can just drag and drop it to winamp for example. Same goes with movie-files. But If there are just some random files, i can't open it up. What's the problem and how to solve it ?

edit: Drive is manufactured by LG.

drag? cant you rightclick and enqueue in winamp or something.

This is not the problem. The problem is that i can't explore the dvd via explorer / my computer.

Don't have Windows Vista so i'm bit unsure about trying this solution.
