Earthquake [maltese not allowed]

We had an earthquake here in Malta today, my dad who is here on vacation woke up, and I slept through it.

We now have cracks in the walls in our apartment :(

It was a small quake !

strictly speaking not, i dont have internet sources for this, but i can scan my university course (public law), which says that a nation needs
a permanent population
a determined territory
a government
the capacity to enter in relations with other nations
a standing army

but what if a county had an army at some point and decided to disband it because they didn't need it? does that mean it suddenly stops being a country, or does it mean there are exceptions possible?

Maybe there are errors, but probably not in a matter like this that gets frequently looked at and surely would be corrected if there were some flaws..
