Blame the teams not the admins

I really want to blame all the teams who wont support our admins by telling them that they are not a "team" anymore and wont attend cdc4.

well.. I told the admins to remove idle.ee and ping pong from the list and Lightning removed them, but then for some reason someone added them back to the list. got no idea why they wanted to keep the dead teams on the list tho
